For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "yz777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to yz777, the online gaming platform accessible at yz777.co, together with its operators, affiliates, and licensees.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the yz777 platform in any capacity.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and yz777. 3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the eligibility criteria in Section 3.1 are met and that the personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.3 yz777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification confirming your name, date of birth, and current residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.2 Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account with yz777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or UMID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account showing your registered name).

4.6 Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification. yz777 will not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts that do not match the name on the yz777 account.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yz777 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered device. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 All transactions and gameplay conducted through your yz777 account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you actually authorized the transaction. yz777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use was enabled by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.5 yz777 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and change your password regularly to maintain account security.

6.1 Deposits

yz777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to a spouse, family member, or friend — are not permitted.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your yz777 wallet immediately for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfers. yz777 does not impose fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that are: (a) registered in your own name, (b) verified as belonging to you through yz777's KYC process, and (c) of the same type used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, where applicable for anti-money-laundering purposes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed within the following standard timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — 1 to 3 banking business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.3 General Transaction Rules

• yz777 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposits that have been wagered at least once in full are eligible for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• yz777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). yz777 does not maintain or transact in foreign currencies.

7.1 yz777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to registered players. Eligibility for specific promotions may vary based on account status, verification level, or geographic location.

7.2 All Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is published in the welcome offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before Real Money Funds in the same account wallet become eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 yz777 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player suspected of abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of third-party software to influence bonus play — will have their bonus winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.

7.4 Bonus Funds that remain unused and subject to an expiry date will be removed from the account balance automatically upon expiry, along with any associated winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yz777 platform. Any Player found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from the prohibited activity forfeited. yz777 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or using a false identity or another person's identity to register;
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit RNG patterns;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker, live baccarat, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financially illegal purpose;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings obtained through known errors must be reported to yz777 and will be voided;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or systematically exploiting wagering requirement mechanics;
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yz777 staff or other players via the platform's communication channels;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on the platform's technical infrastructure.

10.1 All content on the yz777 platform — including but not limited to the yz777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of yz777 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering of any platform content or software.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of yz777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yz777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real money deposited by you into your yz777 account wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 yz777 expressly excludes liability for: (a) gambling losses resulting from normal gameplay; (b) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures; (e) losses arising from internet connectivity failures outside yz777's control.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit yz777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by yz777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.4 yz777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While yz777 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.1 yz777 promotes responsible gaming as a core operational principle. All players have access to the following tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your yz777 wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Account activity is inconsistent with normal personal gaming behavior and suggests potential money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing;
• A self-exclusion order has been received for the account from the Player or from PAGCOR;
• Continued operation of the account would expose yz777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting yz777's live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account wallet — net of any pending bonus wagering requirements — will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) banking business days, subject to successful KYC verification.

13.3 In cases of account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms, yz777 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from those Bonus Funds. Real money deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

14.1 yz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, game outcome, bonus calculation, or any other aspect of your yz777 account, you agree to first contact yz777's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. yz777 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within seven (7) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
